Arrange a project kick-off meeting

Bringing the EHAB team into a kick-off meeting allows all parties on site PM, site agent etc to get a proper introduction to the platform and we can collectively identify how the risk management process will work.

We want to know:

  1. How long is the project?
  2. What type of contract are you working under?
  3. Will you be completing QSRA?
  4. What will be your regular risk reporting requirements? Weekly, monthly, quarterly?
  5. What are your major weather risks?

With this information we can have a discussion about how best to use the EHAB platform and which features will be of highest value.
