Bringing the EHAB team into a kick-off meeting allows all parties on site PM, site agent etc to get a proper introduction to the platform and we can collectively identify how the risk management process will work.
We want to know:
- How long is the project?
- What type of contract are you working under?
- Will you be completing QSRA?
- What will be your regular risk reporting requirements? Weekly, monthly, quarterly?
- What are your major weather risks?
With this information we can have a discussion about how best to use the EHAB platform and which features will be of highest value.
